HUBUNGAN PERILAKU KESELAMATAN DAN IKLIM KESELAMATAN TERHADAP KINERJA KESELAMATAN PADA PERUSAHAAN KONTRAKTOR PERTAMBANGAN

Abstract


Kinerja keselamatan kerja yang direfleksikan oleh terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan hubungan antara perilaku keselamatan pekerja dan iklim keselamatan yang ada terhadap kinerja keselamatan perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari responden dengan pengambilan data menggunakan metode survai melalui kuesioner. Penentuan sampel responden menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 161 orang bagian produksi pada perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan batubara. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model persamaan struktural. Hasil analisis model persamaan struktural dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perilaku keselamatan dan iklim keselamatan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keselamatan perusahaan. Pengaruh perilaku keselamatan terhadap kinerja keselamatan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengaruh iklim keselamatan terhadap kinerja keselamatan.
